Fresh Pasta with Spinach, Mushrooms and Parmesan

Sometimes the best things are the simplest! Check out this recipe for a no-fuss easy mid week dinner recipe.

Cook fresh pasta as directed
Stir fry spinach, mushrooms and onions in olive oil
Toss pasta in olive oil (I suggest the one from Estia)
Add cooked veggies
Top with parm cheese and club house spicy pep medley (love this)
