So I’ve been spending the last week in California and I’ve noticed a lot of cinnamon colored clothing in the stores. I’m going to go ahead and assume that it’s going to be a big color for spring.

H&M – Irvine California

It’s a very earthy color so you have to be careful how you dress it because you might be looking more like a flower child than you anticipated.

Cinnamon pairs well with tangerine, scarlet, Azure, and light salmon says InStyle. I like when a lighter cinnamon color is paired with cream colors. If you want to explore the blue, but you aren’t as bold as this lady above; maybe have a blue accessory like layered necklaces, bracelets or earrings. Be careful with the blue because you wouldn’t want to over do it.

Looking to class this color up? add silver metallic accessories like sandals, or a clutch.

When wearing this color keep the makeup in the same warm brown family. Opt for nude lipsticks, and bronzer and you should be good.
