No need to spend all your money on private pilates classes; I love this fierce lady from http://blogilates.com/ she is a youtube fitness guru, and creator of POP Pilates. Check out more of her videos, but make sure you’re ready to sweat because you might find yourself doing a bunch of her videos without even realizing that you’re still in your jeans and t-shirt. I mean that never happened to me.
