TRAVEL ESSENTIALS SHOPPING LIST

If you happened to catch our most recent Instagram post on Long Haul Plane Essentials, or you’re heading on a trip soon, and looking for some inspiration on things you might need: I’ve put together my ultimate list below.

DISCLAIMER: This post does contain affiliate links I do make a very small commission from these purchases. I very much appreciate your support <3

POCKET PHARMACY

Build your own customized on-the-go pharmacy with this kit that includes a plastic organizer + loads of pharmacy branded stickers, so you can label each compartment with the items you’d like to have on hand. It’s a great size to toss into your bag.

DIGESTIVE ENZYMES

Speaking of supplements I love travelling with Super Enzymes to make sure my gut health is thriving while I travel.

HYDRATION PACKETS

Stay hyrdated with these Single Serving Hydration Packets that you can easily add to water where ever you are!

BLACK OUT EYE MASK (2PACK)

Great for long haul flights, or if you have lash extensions. The way these black out eye/sleep masks are truly black out and such a dream for long flights! Travis and I both used them recently on our trip to Europe and I’m SO glad I got them for us!

WIRELESS HEADPHONE ADAPTER

If you’re planning on using the in-flight system, but want to use your own wireless headphones, you might consider picking up a wireless headphone adaptor so you can enjoy any in-flight movies! Make sure to pair before your flight for seamless use!

EAR PLANES EAR PLUGS

If you or your kiddos struggle with your ears while flying I’m going to put you onto something that will change your life: earplanes ear plugs. Admittedly they aren’t ideal because you can’t use air pods or inner earphones, so you have’ll you use over the ear headphones. HOWEVER, if you know the pain of landing: it’s worth it. NTM over the ear headphones offer much better noise cancelling anyways. I’ve been using these for years, and never fly without them now! Such a game changer if you’re sensitive to the pressure while landing/ your ears don’t pop on their own etc.

OUTLET ADAPTER

Specifically for European travel, but if you plan on being able to charger your devices, use any of your own hot tools etc you’re going to need an outlet adapter! Just make sure to ensure the wattage is compatible, so you don’t ruin your hair/tools.

MULTI PORT POWER BANK

We actually got the mutli port power banks for when the power goes out during storms (it’s a whole thing in our city), but they are also great to have for travel! We like that we can charge multiple things at once, so no need to find a random outlet somewhere.

MEMORY FOAM NECK PILLOW

Travis likes the one that wraps around your neck I’ll share that one next, but I don’t like that you can only lean to one side, so I prefer this memory foam neck pillow instead.

trtl IN FLIGHT NECK SUPPORT

Travis’s pick for neck pillow! The trtl neck pillow wraps around and is meant to your support your head/neck/shoulders while sleeping on flights. It does also fold up nicely, so it easily fits in your bag.

FACE WIPES

I love travelling with face wipes, and these Neutrogena Night Calming wipes are great when you’re aiming to unwind during a long flight.

SLEEP GUMMIES

If you’re travelling to a different time zone you might consider Sleep Gummies to help you adapt to the time change / recover from jet lag.

SUNSCREEN

You’re never closer to the sun’s rays than when you’re flying so when the window shades are open you should consider wearing sunscreen. Some of my favourites are Sun Bum, and the sticks from Attitude Mineral Sunscreen are great because they aren’t liquid so TSA friendly, as well as Avene Tinted Sunscreen.

BOOB TAPE

Not needed for your flight lol, but great for travel/vacation. I recently ordered this boob tape set for my trip to Mexico just to minimize any need for hauling a different bra for every top.

PORTABLE FAN

Maybe it’s overkill or maybe I want my makeup to be cute for a wedding I’m attending on a beach, but a purse friendly portable fan just seemed like a good idea.

Hope you found this post helpful if there’s anything you think I missed please feel free to comment below I’ll continue to update this post! Also if you’re looking for an affordably priced duffle bag this travel duffle / weekend bag comes in a bunch of colors, and is really cute!

xx
