I’m pretty basic when you really get down to it, and to be honest I’m okay with that. I’m just going to come right out and say it: I love fall. I love cozy knit sweaters. I love hot tea and curling up with a good book. There’s something about fall that instills a sense of calmness to me which is refreshing after a bananas travel filled summer.

And of course I love a good pumpkin spice latte, but I decided I’d try something different and opt for a Pumpkin Spice Smoothie. I know I’m not reinventing the wheel here, I’m sure lots of you are already on board this train, but alas I have to say I’m OBSESSED with this latest discovery.

And if you’re wondering why it’s got a green hue to it, you better believe there’s some spinach in there!

With just a few ingredients you can really punch up the nutrients to the flavors you’ve already have come to know and love. One of which is a REALLY clean protein powder. If you follow me on Instagram stories (@shortpresents) you know I’ve been loving the Super Human Strength Protein Powder.

In terms of protein powders, I’ve yet to find one as clean as it is delicious. I love that this protein powder contains grass fed whey, and is free from any hormones or antibiotics.

The Super Human Strength Protein Powder also contains turmeric, and y’all know how much I love turmeric! But what’s even better about this protein powder (I know how can there possibly be more?) is that is also contains pepper.

Did you know that pepper helps to activate the healing properties of turmeric??

For more information on Super Human Strength Protein be sure to check out their website by clicking here. If you’re vegan or lactose they also have a great vegan version as well. I should mention this post is not sponsored in any way shape or form, BUT I was given this product to try, and share at my discretion. All opinions expressed are my own.

YUM!! This looks so delicious. I’m not a huge pumpkin fan but it is growing on me. I’ll have to give this smoothie a try!
