3-INGREDIENT HAND BLENDER POPSICLES + GIVEAWAY

Looking for a refreshing recipe to cool off on this super hot day? With just 3-simple ingredients and a hand blender, you can be well on your way! And because you’re using fruit it’s naturally sweet so yay to no added sugar!

Watermelon is SO great for hydrating your body (which who doesn’t need that this time of year), and since it’s 92 percent water it’s only a whopping 47 calories per cup! Watermelon is also very low in carbs compared to other fruits so it’s a great option for those who are trying to slim down for those oh-so-dreaded bikini months ahead.

Weight loss aside watermelon is also SUPER high in lycopene and citrulline which has been shown to assist preventing against heart disease, diabetes, some types of cancer, high blood pressure, and even eye disorders like macular degeneration.

Lycopene is also an antioxidant, meaning it may help protect the body from free radicals, which are harmful molecules that contribute to inflammation and disease.

As you know I’ve been loving my Philips ProMix Hand Mixer (see this previous guacamole recipe), and I’m always looking for new ways to use my kitchen tools more, so I thought I would share another recipe I’ve been LOVING lately. And it couldn’t be easier.

What I love about using the Philips Hand Blender for this recipe is that it’s so quick and an easy cleanup!

Since you only need the blender tool, and the blending cup that comes with it and that’s it, it’s so quick and easy! I also love the spout on the measuring cup that makes transferring the liquid super seamless which is super key for clumsy cooks like me.
