Who’s ready for some summer cocktails? Let’s shed those heavy winter layers and bust out the coconut rum and pineapple flavoured anything!
Recently I picked up these super cute drink glasses, and I’ve been busting to create a recipe to use them. So you can imagine my excitement when Ocean Spray® reached out about their new Cran-Pineapple™ Cocktail™.
Vodka and cran is a classic, not going to deny it, but the addition of pineapple with the coconut rum just kicks everything up a tropical notch. Now we just need the weather to cooperate so we can enjoy these out on the balcony am I right?
Oh well, the weather didn’t stop me from ordering a whack of swimsuits online while I sipped on a couple of these delish cocktails. Full disclosure this cocktail will induce ALL the summer feels!
TROPICAL MIMOSA RECIPE
× Ingredients
2 1/3 cups (575 mL) Ocean Spray® Cran·Pineapple™ – Cranberry Pineapple Cocktail™, chilled
1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut flavored rum
1 (750ml) bottle champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
× Directions
Mix juice and rum. Fill champagne flutes about half full of juice mixture. Top off with chilled champagne. Serve immediately.
Makes 6-8 servings.

Yum! This drink sounds amazing. Ocean Spray is a must in our house especially during the summer months so I’ll have to hunt around town to see if they have their new Cran-Pineapple!
