God’s Country

If you are heading out to the cottage or as some like to call it “God’s Country” for the long weekend you might find yourself in a little bit of a pickle in regards to figuring out what to wear. This week my fellow Style Panelist’s and I explored dressing for the cottage (see that post here). These are the remaining photos from the shoot to help inspire your weekend wear.

This outfit it super simple, but when I read that we were doing a cottage inspired style panel challenge there was only one thing that came to mind, and this shirt is it! Combined with my favorite jeans right now this outfit is perfectly causal yet put together. This loose oversized shirt with its slouchy sleeves is perfect for a relaxed atmosphere. And I’ve made sure that I’ve paired it here with some skinny jeans, so I don’t lose myself in its billowiness. 

I love this outfit because it’s as relaxed as I want to be on my vacation. I don’t want to have to worry about a thing, and this is the perf carefree outfit to encourage a weekend of rest and relaxation around a campfire or BBQ. I work hard to play harder blog reader, and you can pretty much guarantee that this is what I’ll be wearing this weekend. Now fingers crossed the weather cooperates.
